- My pet is and will be fully up to date with their vaccinations and annual boosters at the time of staying. This includes a 3 yearly booster (DHP for dogs / TriCat Trio for cats – varies depending on vaccine brand)
- They are not due or will be given any vaccines within 2 weeks of staying including kennel cough
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and understood our vaccination requirements for dogs / cats and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
You confirm that your pet is, or will be, fully up to date with their annual boosters at the time of boarding, and that these vaccinations will not expire within one month of their stay. Any vaccines due must be administered at least 14 days prior to arrival.
You understand and accept that if your pet is not fully vaccinated at the time of boarding, we will be unable to accept them for their stay and the full booking fee will remain payable.
You also agree to provide proof of vaccination either prior to your pet’s stay by emailing vaccines@nfkc.co.uk with a copy of their vaccination card, or by forwarding an email from your vet confirming the vaccinations administered and their dates.

Create an account
When you click Book Online you will be taken to our booking platform. Add your email address, and it will search our system. As a new customer, simply input your name and password and tick to agree to the terms and conditions, then click ‘Continue’.
From there, you can easily add your details, your pets’ details and the vets your pets’ are registered with. Once you’ve added these, remember to click SAVE on each section, or it may not save it correctly and you will struggle to create a booking.
Create a booking
Once all of your and your pet’s details are added/updated and saved, you can add your pet and the dates from and to, any extras you want to include for your beloved pet, and see what availability we have.

It is green and states ‘Potential Availability – Please Submit Request And Wait For Confirmation’
You can be confident that we have space for your pet, so submit your request! Once we receive this, we send an email with a link requesting the £50 non-refundable or transferrable deposit payment. Your booking is not secured until we receive the deposit. This must be paid within 7 days or your booking will be cancelled.
Once paid, we accept and confirm the booking and send another email with a breakdown of the costs and the Terms and Conditions which we recommend reading, as this includes important information about your pet’s stay.

It is red and states ‘Suitable Space Might Not Be Available – Add To Waiting List For Us To Review’
We may be fully booked over that period, but it is still worth adding your booking to the waiting list as sometimes we can manually look at the calendar and find space or we may get a cancellation.
If you can be flexible with your booking dates, then it’s worth giving us a call to see if there is any wiggle room around the dates you would like.
We regularly look through the waiting list and get in touch with customers if their desired booking dates become available, whether due to cancellations or amended bookings. Whilst we cannot guarantee a space will become free, we try our best to accommodate everyone when we can.
If you do find alternative care, please contact us to let us know and we will remove your details from the waiting list.
Update your details
Whether you’ve moved house, changed your vets or need to update your pet’s details, it is extremely simple to update online. Once logged in, in the top right-hand corner is a button ‘My Account’, click that and you will be able to access all of your personal details, your vet and your pet’s details. You can also see all your upcoming bookings and access your signed terms and conditions.

Returning Customer
If you have used us before, click Book Online to be taken to our booking platform, add your email address and click continue, then add the password that you have used for us previously and click continue once more to log in.
If you can’t remember your password, it’s easy enough to reset, simply click ‘reset password’ and this will email you a link to change your password and easily log in!
Please ensure your personal and pet details are up to date.
