Collection and Drop Off Times:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


All bookings are inclusive of the day of drop off and collection (1 Night = 2 Days Charge).


All bookings require a £50 non-refundable or transferable deposit.


All Bank Holidays including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day are charged at double rate

A FOUR-DAY MINIMUM CHARGE is applied to all shorter bookings under four days booked between Friday - Monday, unless only the requested few days are available and we are otherwise fully booked. Whilst you can still book for one, two or three days over the weekend, you will be charged for four days regardless.


We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for any alterations or cancellations to ensure we can assist all our customers with the dates needed. If a last-minute cancellation is made where your space is reserved, and cannot be reallocated, regrettably booking fee will still be due.


If you arrive to drop-off or collect your pet outside of our collection and drop-off times, a £10 surcharge will be added to your bill.

PRICE INCREASE 2024


As we go further into 2024, we sadly continue to face increased costs, and as such regrettably have no alternative other than to increase our prices. This decision is never taken lightly, and as always we have looked at our current income and expenditure and have worked hard to keep all costs as low as possible, without compromising on the excellent and committed quality of the care we provide.


The new prices take effect for all new bookings from April 1st 2024. As a gesture of goodwill, we will be honouring all current bookings, including the peak period of summer bookings, until December 1st 2024.

*We are always delighted to look after your purrfect family members, but 3 or more cats are most suited and happiest in our deluxe chalet which is purrfect for 3 - 4 cats from the same home.


You are also always welcome to upgrade 1 or 2 cats depending on avaliability.

Excellent care and contact from New Forest Cattery over 5 weeks when we were in New Zealand. Our elderly beautiful grey cat Titus had lots of cuddles and fun, while we were sent pics, videos and updates. He is nearly 18 and although poorly at one stage, vets were consulted immediately. Now back, we are delighted to see how well, happy and balanced he is. Faultless management of our much loved Titus and we highly recommend New Forest Cattery. Peace of mind, which is everything.

Having been very good customers since 2014 spending thousands of pounds, the change in ownership, management and staff has eroded our confidence in the overall services provided.
Customer services relies upon communication, open information about changes in terms and conditions, and staff interaction with us, the Customer. All of which we have found sadly lacking.
We now find that their Customer Service no longer matches the care and attention, applied to our animals.
Fortunately we have sought and found alternative newer kennelling/cattery facilities locally, linked with an overall saving.
