IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All bookings are inclusive of the day of drop off and collection (1 Night = 2 Days Charge).
All bookings require a non-refundable or transferable deposit.
All Bank Holidays including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day are charged at double rate
A WEEKEND STAY CHARGE is applied to all shorter bookings under four days booked between Friday - Monday, unless only the requested few days are available and we are otherwise fully booked. Whilst you can still book for one, two or three days over the weekend, you will be charged for four days regardless.
We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for any alterations or cancellations to ensure we can assist all our customers with the dates needed. If a last-minute cancellation is made where your space is reserved, and cannot be reallocated, regrettably booking fee will still be due.
If you arrive to drop-off or collect your pet between 9am - 10am, 1pm - 2pm or 4pm - 5pm then a £10 surcharge will be added to your bill.

*We are always delighted to look after your purrfect family members, but 3 or more cats are most suited and happiest in our deluxe chalet which is purrfect for 3 - 4 cats from the same home.
You are also always welcome to upgrade 1 or 2 cats depending on avaliability.

Alice BrittonWe were very nervous about leaving our cat with a different to usual cattery. You know how we worry about cats when we are not around. We got her back after just over a week. When she got home, she seemed to for looking for her chalet.
She seemed more affectionate, we think she was missing all the cuddles she was getting.
The staff seemed very competent and loving.
The thing I liked was that we could provide the food that was used to, and she was able to be fed as many times a day as she was used to.
We have already booked her into the cattery for next year.
Would recommend this cattery to anyone.

Casey StreetWe left our cat for the first time this weekend, so we were understandably apprehensive about her stay. As expected, she was incredibly nervous and shy for the first 1-2 days. It was so reassuring receiving activity updates through the Cattery website and on the telephone. Our nervous cat was nuzzling up to the staff and popping her head out to say hello, which we weren't expecting after such a short time with them. I had absolutely nothing to worry about and I am so pleased with the service they provided. A special thanks to Sue and Jasmine from Everlie!

Excellent care and contact from New Forest Cattery over 5 weeks when we were in New Zealand. Our elderly beautiful grey cat Titus had lots of cuddles and fun, while we were sent pics, videos and updates. He is nearly 18 and although poorly at one stage, vets were consulted immediately. Now back, we are delighted to see how well, happy and balanced he is. Faultless management of our much loved Titus and we highly recommend New Forest Cattery. Peace of mind, which is everything.
