Dogs are walked a minimum of twice daily, with free reign in our secure paddocks and for larger boisterous dogs a field walk in the morning or afternoon. Lead walks are possible on request. To provide additional stimulation we also provide brain / puzzle games daily.
What about RAW food?
We can cater for RAW diets too, as we have a dedicated freezer & preparation area to avoid any cross contamination

We can ensure that your dog who may be timid or frightened of other dogs due to a previous experience is housed in a more private part of the facility where they will not see any other dogs from inside their run when they are walked past, and we can also make sure your dog is exercised last when no other dogs will be in adjoining paddocks.

All animals from separate households will not meet directly, other than during exercise times where your pet will be able to potentially see other animals through the fences.

For cooling, we have air conditioners, combined with the use of numerous fans, air coolers and water misting of the outside runs, plus generous shade in our paddocks.If your dog loves water, we can provide a paddling pool in the outside area of their kennel upon request.

What vaccinations does my pet need?
Your pet needs to be up to date with their vaccination booster jabs required annually, and if due please ensure they are administered at least 2 weeks before staying and do not expire during a stay.
Please remember to bring along the vaccine card when you check in your pet.
It’s very important to keep up to date with your pets vaccination needs for a multitude of reasons, and especially when looking for care for your pet in a boarding facility, this should be a requirement to ensure the health and wellbeing of all residents.

We welcome all viewings and encourage you prior to making any reservation to come and see us to discuss your pets individual needs in more detail to help ensure our facilities and team will be able to provide for their needs fully.
Feel free to pop by any day any time between 11am - 12:30pm - no appointment necessary.
What food will you feed my pet?
We feed either the food you provide us, or if you prefer, our food for a
small daily surcharge.
For both cats & dogs, we can feed both wet & dry, or just dry instead.
For cats, we have a selection of either Whiskas fish flavours, gourmet, felix, or a Harringtons fish & meat selection.
Dogs enjoy Harringtons grain free food. Our dry biscuit is salmon & potato based, and our wet food is a tasty seclection of meaty flavours.
We also love to provide varied delicious treats if they are not on any specialised diet!

We are constantly striving to give your beloved pet a home away from home, treating them like our own and as an individual.
It is our mission to ensure their health and happiness, so if there are specific elements to your pets usual care, such as brushing, likes or dislikes, or any other quirk, please just let us know and we will be happy to help.
We will also ask you when checking your pet in with us if there have been any changes since your last visit, or if you’ve not used us before, a little more about your pet to help ensure we give them the best stay possible.
We know what our regular residents like and require to keep them comfy and happy - i.e favourite toys, treats, blankets, pee spots, favourite food, feeding place & pace, temperament, strength, and their body language too!

We feed your cat as per your instructions, but usually feed once in the morning with a wet food, and again in the evening, but biscuits are left down throughout the day for cats to pick at as they please

Heating arrangements?
Heating is provided, each chalet has an individually controllable thermostatic heat lamp combined with ample blankets for both comfort and warmth.

We can brush your cat to ensure their coat does not get matted. However, we would request that you bring their own brush that they are used to at home.

Our cattery area is completely secure so the downstairs of the chalet is effectively outdoor. It is exposed to fresh air, sunlight and nature stimulating even the most outdoorsy cats senses.
The upstairs offers a comfy & cosy indoor retreat.

We reccomend bringing your cats favourite blanket, toys and their scratcing post.
We provide beds, litter & toys, but they do love some creature comforts from home too - it helps them settle in & literally feel at home!
